My amendment is about liquor and how it was taken from most states and it was illegal to bring it into the U.S. In many states, but not all of them made it illegal. This amendment effected many people, but then a lot of the citizens kept breaking the law and bringing liquor to the states and selling them. While all of this was happening they decided to let the people of age 21 to be able to drink and no one else younger then that.
